Daniel Rozenfeld is the Human Resources Manager at Kings Bay Y. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management and Leadership and a minor in Business Law. Daniel has grown within the organization, progressing from Human Resources Administrative Aide to Human Resources Assistant Manager, and now to HR Manager, gaining extensive experience across various HR functions. He is also working toward HR certifications, including the SHRM-CP, to further enhance his expertise.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys exploring psychology, leadership, and business strategy, gaining insights that enhance his understanding of people and inform his approach to Human Resources.
