Grew up in Holon, Israel, where he was a scout leader, member of the city theater group and head of the youth and community committee in the city’s municipality. In the army, he was the sergeant of his battalion’s operations room where he oversaw field operations. Noam is super excited for this summer! He says being a shaliach was a dream of his, and that working with kids was something he always loved!
